We are skilled in and utilize several techniques that are effective for soft tissue treatment including:

•    McKenzie method – Effective in diagnosing and treating Discogenic pain.
•    Neuromobilization Techniques – Useful in treating neurogenic pain sources and enhancing recovery.
•    Various forms of PNF stretching (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) – For stretching and releasing tight or shortened muscles and  i

     ncreasing range of motion.
•    Trigger point therapy – For relaxing tight muscles and relieving pain caused by trigger points.
•    Myofascial Release techniques – used to restore optimal function and motion of the soft tissue and release entrapped nerves or blood vessels.

                     The most well known is Active Release Technique (shorten – pin – lengthen).  It is a soft tissue system/movement-based massage

                      technique developed and patented by Michael Leahy; used to treat problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves.
